Our products are made and shipped from the United States with a few exceptions for our international customers (see below). We use a variety of the usual carriers. Standard shipping is usually USPS , depending on the product it may be initially handled by UPS, DHL or FedEx and transferred to USPS for final delivery.
We look for the best providers for each type of product, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate packages.

Canvas Art requires special handling. At the present time we cannot ship 5 panel canvas art outside the continental U.S.
We have arrangements with production partners outside the continental U.S. to do special orders for our customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Australia,and Japan.
All of our production partners are in the United States and ship from the United States.
As you may have noticed with your personal mail, USPS has been more unpredictable depending on the area of the country.
We always ship with tracking numbers.
One thing we have noticed a number of times is a package may be marked by the post office as delivered but not arrive until the next day.

There are a number of countries that are not allowing delivery of packages from the United States. Unfortunately this changes daily so we are no longer posting lists of countries. The shopping cart software which is maintained by our credit card merchant processor and paypal usually will block orders if you are listing a shipping address in an affected country.
