For digital products the refund policy will be in the description of the product
Wrong size? No problem. Call or email and we will replace or refund. We provide lots of size charts for different products but we understand everyone prefers a certain fit.
We generally do NOT require you to ship your product back to us. Contact us at email@example.com or call 1-800-674-9416. Please keep the packaging your order arrived in until you have spoken with us. Depending on the the situation (e.g. packaging clearly damaged in transit) we may ask you to help us by sending a picture so that we may also address this with the carrier.
Quality control is very important to us. Occasionally we may want to examine an item to see if there is a production problem or design issue. In these rare situations we will pay the return postage. Your replacement product or refund is processed immediately. We do not wait to receive the returned item.
