Standard shipping is usually USPS , depending on the product it may be initially handled by UPS, DHL or FedEx and transferred to USPS for final delivery.

Canvas Art requires special handling.  At the present time we cannot ship 5 panel canvas art outside the continental U.S. 

We have arrangements with production partners outside the continental U.S. to do special orders for our customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Australia,and Japan. 

Customers from these areas who add Canvas Art to their shopping carts will get a reminder to contact us before you complete checkout.

Depending on the the situation (e.g. packaging clearly damaged in transit) we may ask you to help us by sending a picture so that we may also address this with the carrier.

Your replacement product or refund is processed immediately.  We do not wait to receive the returned item.
